Three things set it apart. First, we treat your life as a system — not as a list of disconnected problems. We map the feedback loops, constraints, and patterns that are actually keeping you stuck. Second, we don't use generic self-improvement advice. We run small, precise experiments tailored to your specific situation and measure the results. Third, the framework is grounded in neuroscience, systems thinking, design thinking, and gamification — not motivation or willpower.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

Most clients see a measurable shift in clarity and momentum within the first 2-3 weeks. The 12-week Intensive is designed to install a new operating rhythm — enough time to run multiple experiments, adjust based on real data, and build systems that sustain themselves after coaching ends. The 6-month 1:1 program is for deeper work across multiple life domains.

Q: What's the time commitment?

  • Discovery Call: 30 minutes, no obligation
  • Antifragile Intensive (12 weeks): 8 coaching sessions (50 min each, every 10-14 days) + ~30 min/week for experiments and reflection
  • Antifragile 1:1 (6 months): 12 biweekly sessions (50 min each) + ongoing between-session support

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. If you sign up for a coaching program, show up to your sessions, and participate fully in the process, I guarantee you'll see real progress. If within the first month you're not getting value, I'll refund your money. If you sign up and don't show up or do the work, the guarantee doesn't apply — coaching is a partnership, not a passive service.

Q: I'm not in Houston. Can we still work together?

Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted via video call. I work with clients across the US and internationally. Time zones are manageable as long as we can find overlapping windows.

Q: What happens after I book a Discovery Call?

You'll receive a brief pre-session worksheet to help you think about where you're stuck and what you want to change. During the call, we'll map the outline of your current situation and identify what a meaningful next step looks like. If it's a fit, I'll recommend a program. If it's not, I'll point you toward resources that might help.
